This newly built 3-story chalet for rent in Tremblant is located in the well-known Bel Air Tremblant resort. Utopia chalet features 2,750 sq. ft. of space with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a private hot tub.

Upon entering the chalet, you will find a sleek and modern kitchen that is fully-equipped with the latest appliances. The kitchen is combined with a spectacular double-height dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. In the center is a modern dining table, an 85’ TV and a gas fireplace in the corner. Overlooking the dining room is a mezzanine floor with a cozy sectional sofa and two laptop desks.

Two sliding glass doors in the dining room lead to a spacious outdoor deck. With a new barbeque grill and table that seats 8 people, it is the ideal space for dining outdoors with family and friends.

The master bedroom and a second bedroom are also on the main floor. Both have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with rainfall shower combination and the second bathroom has a shower. Between these two bedrooms is a powder room for guests.

On the lower level is a living room with an 85’ TV, and a PlayStation. Glass doors lead to an outdoor seating area with comfortable couches and a hot tub.
