When summer is here, the heat is on and the best way to beat that heat is by taking a dip in one of Mont Tremblant’ beaches. Water temperature varies between nineteen and twenty two degrees Celsius.

Here is a selection of the best beaches in Mont-Tremblant:

 

LAC MERCIER BEACH: This beach on Lake Mercier is located in the heart of the Village and is the perfect place to cool off during a hot summer day. Accessible for bathing and swimming, Lac Mercier’s sandy beach, located at 100 chemin Plouffe in the heart of the Village, allows you to cool off during the summer heat waves. Picnic tables allow you to enjoy a good meal outdoors. 

The Lac Mercier beach is reserved for holders of an Accès Mont-Tremblant, Accès Lac-Tremblant-Nord, Expérience Mont-Tremblant and Expérience + card, as well as guests of an adult holder of an Accès card.

  • Swimming allowed ONLY within the buoys
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Swimming fins, masks & snorkels is prohibited

LAKE TREMBLANT BEACH PARK: Lake Tremblant is a great  place for swimming in Mont Tremblant. The beach is located on Chemin de la Chapelle  and is equipped with picnic tables, bicycle racks and toilets. A lifeguard is on duty everyday during opening hours.

LAKE RAYNAUD BEACH: Lake Raynaud beach is located in Domain Sainte Bernard is a great  place for swimming in Mont Tremblant. The beach is located on Chemin de la Chapelle  and is equipped with picnic tables, bicycle racks and toilets. A lifeguard is on duty everyday during opening hours.

Rules & regulations:

  • Swimming allowed ONLY within the buoys.
  • Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • The use of any equipment not approved by the government is prohibited.
  • The use of fins, masks and snorkels is forbidden.
  • Pets are strictly forbidden.
  • Alcoholic beverages, glass containers and sound equipment are not allowed on the beach.
  • Bonfires, cooking fires (BBQs), or the use of fireworks or any other hazardous materials are forbidden.
  • Camping is forbidden.
  • Using games or pushing others is forbidden.
  • Fishing or boating in swimming areas is forbidden
