LOCATION: DOWNTOWN TREMBLANT (Saint-Jovite)
ABOUT |
Owners David Legault and Frédéric Samuel were business owner neighbours; one of a butcher shop and the other of a breakfast restaurant. As they both love food, beer, good wine and animated discussions, they decided to unite their forces to create a place that reflected them.
Les Mercenaires culinaires is an urban French-style brasserie serving a local clientele that loves food and wants to give itself a treat. Rack of lamb, leg of lamb, flank steak or beef tartare – all come from local producers and are prepared with real demi-glace sauces. Wind up your feast with a house-made dessert. You can have a glass of wine without ordering food, but it’s not a bar. Closes at 10 p.m. During the winter, after skiing, excellent place to come and eat, drink and talk with friends. |
