Le Baleveng Chalet – Bel Air Tremblant

Completed in November 2020, this newly built, modern Tremblant vacation rental is spacious and has been beautifully decorated. Le Baleveng is 1,200 sf with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and will sleep 8 people.

Le Baleveng is conveniently located just 4 minutes by car from the Bel Air resort clubhouse. Guests staying at the home will have quick and easy access to the clubhouse amenities including the spa, bistro, pool, tennis courts and more.

Passing through the entry foyer you will enter the main living area. This room features an open-floor plan that connects the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area to the bright and airy living room.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling and is framed on one side by a double row of glass doors and windows. An elegant leather sectional sits across from a gas fireplace which is encased in a modern floor-to-ceiling slate hearth. Above the fireplace is a 50” flat screen TV. Guests of all ages will enjoy the wood coffee table that doubles as a foosball table.

At the opposite end of the room is a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine and new stainless steel appliances. Between the kitchen and the living room is an elegant dining table that seats six people.

In the first-floor hallway there is small laundry room with a full-size clothes washer and dryer. Also, in a hallway closet you will find a high-chair for the little one.

Le Baleveng has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. One bathroom has a combination bathtub with shower and the second bathroom has a glass enclosed shower.

Overlooking the living room is a second floor mezzanine which has been made into a spacious third bedroom. This room has two double-size beds and is perfect for two adults or four small children.

All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen television.

Both the master bedroom and the living room have sliding doors that lead to an outdoor terrace. On the terrace you will find a new barbecue grill, a dining table that seats six and a cozy, hanging basket chair. There is also a hot tub for relaxing after a day of activities or spending a romantic evening with a loved one.

The home also has several board games and a karaoke machine.
